How does it work?

To make a reservation, send an email to bwv.accomodation@xpcamp.it specifying:

Your preferred Range

Range A: from 75€ to 85€
Range B: 90€
Range C: from 100€ to 105€

Number of ATHLETES

Athletes will be assigned to double, triple, or quadruple rooms based on availability, at the discretion of the organization and the hotels.

Number of COACHES and STAFF

Including any requests for the type of room (single, double, matrimonial, or with a third bed).

Check-in and check-out dates

If you need extra nights before or after the tournament.

  • PLEASE NOTE: rates are per person, per day, and include: accommodation, breakfast, and dinner.
  • The indicated rates apply to multi-bed rooms (double, triple, or quadruple), subject to availability.
  • Hotel assignments will be made based on the chronological order of tournament registration and proximity to the sports facility being used.
  • If the chosen category is unavailable, the next category will automatically be assigned.
  • Sport & Holidays, a tour operator specializing in sports and leisure-themed holidays.
  • Terms regarding booking, payment, and hotel cancellations or substitutions will be shared directly with Sport & Holidays and managed via a contract between the sports club and the tour operator.
  • Accommodation and breakfast will be provided at the hotels (except at Hotel Firmino and Hotel Oropa, where breakfast will be served at a nearby café).
  • Lunch (included for registered athletes and team officials) will be a packed lunch, distributed directly at the playing venues.
  • Dinners on January 3rd and 4th will take place at Peschiera di Valdengo (BI).

  • IMPORTANT: hotel bookings must be made through Bear Wool Volley. Hotels will NOT accept direct bookings.
